Order Tracking
After shipping your order, you will get a notification via email of your tracking number for the order. Use that tracking number on the shipper’s website to get updated regarding the arrival of your order. However, if you don’t receive any numbers, check out your spam or junk folder. In case you still can’t find it, then contact our customer service; they will contact you within 48 hours.
Delivery Issues
If the customer faces any delivery issues, such as a missing parcel or a delay in delivery, then you don’t have to panic. If you are finished placing your order, then we can’t guarantee you to make any type of changes to your order or shipping address. To avoid this, make sure to provide us with the right details. However, if you want to modify it, then please contact us as soon as possible.

Remote Area:
We charge a penny more to deliver in remote areas as it costs us twice, which is not nice. If you want to avoid extra charges for remote areas, then provide us with your alternate address, please. There we can easily deliver your desired order without charging you any extra penny.

Custom Taxes and Duties:
Make sure to get updated regarding the customs taxes and duties by visiting your local customs office. Furthermore, Jacket Attire’s orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The DDU means that our price does not include any customs taxes and duties. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay all duties and taxes on their preferred order.

Delivered to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes?
Jacket Attire does not offer the APO/FPO and PO Boxes services. We try our best to provide our services without any upfront charges. To make sure the parcel reaches the right hands and addresses, the signature is required as a formality.
