Important Notes:

  1. Incorrect address: We’re not responsible if you provide the wrong address during checkout. So, please make sure to give us the right address to deliver your favorite piece
  2. Order Changes: If you are finished placing your order, there is no possible way to change any information. To avoid this, make sure you provide us with the right information.
  3. Remote Area: For deliveries to remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the courier’s rates. Customers will be notified if any extra charges are required before shipment.
  4. Custom Taxes and Duties: Jacket Attire’s orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The DDU means that our price does not include any customs taxes and duties. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all duties and taxes on their preferred order.
  5. Delivered to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes? Jacket Attire does not offer the APO/FPO and PO Boxes services. To make sure the parcel reaches the right hands, a signature is required as a formality.
