Processing begins after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping timelines start after order processing completes (so add handling time to transit time). All times refer to business days (Mon–Fri).
Carriers
We use reputable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and DPEX. The carrier will be chosen based on destination and service availability. You will receive the carrier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your order ships we email a tracking number and link. Use this number to track shipments on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Requirements and Restrictions
Signature required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure packages reach the intended recipient.
APO/FPO and PO Boxes: We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
Remote area deliveries: Additional courier surcharges may apply for remote locations. We will notify customers before shipment if extra charges are required.
Address Accuracy, Changes, and Cancellations
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Jacket Attire is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed or shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us via the Contact Us page or email contact@jacketattire.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
