Usually, Jacket Attire processes orders in 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). After we process your order, the delivery usually takes 5–6 business days, depending on which shipping method you select, whether it is free, standard, or express. The delivery timeframes are clearly mentioned in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Important Note: If you place your order before 17:00 (GMT), Jacket Attire will process your order on the same day.

To return an item, the first thing you have to do is email us at our official email address. When your return is accepted by us, please return the order to the given address mentioned on our website, through a trusted shipping company, just as we did. If the return is caused by our error, then we are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. But if there was a customer’s mistake, then the customer has to bear the return shipping cost.
